Benjamin Walker and Andrew Jackson are both making headlines this week. Walker for starring in the new Broadway musical American Psycho (which opened last night), and Andrew Jackson for being kicked off the front of the $20 bill. Here's the coincidence: before Benjamin Walker played a fictional mass murderer in American Psycho, he played a historical mass murderer in Alex Timbers and Michael Friedman's Broadway musical about the seventh President of the United States, Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson.

With so many momentous occasions to commemorate, we look back at Walker's thickly eye-lined performance in Bloody Bloody Andrew Jackson's pre-Broadway engagement at the Public Theater.
