The 2016 Broadway revival cast of Falsettos will reunite for a staged concert production of the show at Carnegie Hall on October 18.

Christian Borle, Stephanie J. Block, Andrew Rannells, Brandon Uranowitz, Tracie Thoms, and Betsy Wolfe will all return to the roles of Marvin, Trina, Whizzer, Mendel, Dr. Charlotte, and Cordelia. Anthony Rosenthal, who played Jason in the Lincoln Center Theater production at the Walter Kerr Theatre, will make a special appearance.

Falsettos features a score by William Finn and book and direction by James Lapine, both of whom won Tony Awards for their work in 1992.

The show consists of two separate musicals, March of the Falsettos and Falsettoland, the last two in a trilogy of one-act off-Broadway shows, which premiered at Playwrights Horizons. It follows the interconnected lives of Marvin; his ex-wife, Trina; his psychiatrist, Mendel; his son, Jason; his lover, Whizzer; and their neighbors, internist Dr. Charlotte and her partner, Cordelia, as they grapple with Judaism, relationships, and the onset of the AIDS crisis.

This concert will serve as a benefit for the BroadwayEveryDay Foundation and Family Equality.

The revival had choreography by Spencer Liff, sets by David Rockwell, costumes by Jennifer Caprio, lighting by Jeff Croiter, sound by Dan Moses Schreier, and musical direction by Vadim Feichtner, conducting Michael Starobin’s original orchestrations.
