Sandy Rustin’s 2013 comedy will be directed by Jason Alexander.
Eric McCormack (Will & Grace), Laura Bell Bundy (Legally Blonde), and Lilli Cooper (POTUS) will star in the Broadway premiere of Sandy Rustin's sex farce The Cottage, running at the Helen Hayes Theatre beginning July 7. Opening is set for July 17.
Directed by Jason Alexander, the comedy is inspired by the works of Noël Coward and brings together a group of people connected by an extramarital affair.
The Cottage debuted at Astoria Performing Arts Center in 2013 and has since been seen around the country. Of the original production, TheaterMania declared that the "drawing-room farce is a 90-minute laugh riot."
The 16-week run concludes October 29, with further casting still to be announced.
