Emily Padgett, Alysha Umphress, and More Set for Broadway Sings the Beatles

The Broadway Sings concert series will present a tribute to the Beatles at the Highline Ballroom on August 22. The show will take place at 8pm.
The lineup will include Drew Gehling (Waitress), Brittney Johnson (Beautiful — The Carole King Musical), Alison Luff (Les Misérables), Corey Mach (Godspell), Emily Padgett (Bright Star), Ciara Renée (Pippin), Antoine L. Smith (The Color Purple), Carrie St. Louis (Wicked), Alysha Umphress (On the Town), and Zurin Villanueva (Shuffle Along).
Featuring music orchestrated and arranged by Joshua Stephen Kartes, the evening will feature classic songs like "Yesterday" and "Hey Jude," backed by a 14-piece band. They received 10 Grammy Awards and an Academy Award.
