Disney Theatrical Productions to Honor Gary Beach on New Amsterdam Marquee

Disney Theatrical Productions has announced that it will pay tribute to the late actor Gary Beach on the New Amsterdam marquee tonight at 6:45pm.

Beach died earlier this week at the age of 70. He received a Tony nomination in 1994 for his work as Lumiere in Beauty and the Beast, and won a Tony in 2001 for playing Roger De Bris in The Producers. In 2005, he was nominated for his leading performance as Albin in La Cage aux Folles.

Beach is survived by his husband, Jeffrey Barnett.
