
Ariel Dorfman’s Death and the Maiden, currently playing at the West End’s Harold Pinter Theatre, will close on December 31, according to a report on Whatsonstage.com. Jeremy Herrin has directed the production, which had been scheduled to play through January 21.
The play centers on Paulina Salas, a woman who attempts to exact revenge on the man she believes held her captive as a political prisoner. The company features Anthony Calf, Tom Goodman-Hill, and Thandie Newton.
