Canal Park Playhouse will present champion trick rope twirler and bull-whip master Chris McDaniel in Ropes, Whips and Songs About Cows, July 20-29.
McDaniel launched his career as a singer at the famed Grand Olde Opry., and later joined Lonestar Rodeo Company, playing the rodeo circuit and becoming the Texas Skip Loop World Champion.
As an actor, he appeared in the national tour of the Will Rogers Follies and played Buffalo Bill in the national tour of Annie Get Your Gun.
