Chita Rivera, Norm Lewis, and More to Perform Kander and Ebb's Music

Classic Stage Company will present its 2015 annual gala, Musical Masterworks: Kander & Ebb, on May 11 at the Hudson Theatre at the Millennium Broadway Hotel. Tony winner and CSC associate director John Doyle will helm an event.

The evening will feature performances of memorable numbers from iconic American musicals. Theater stars including Chita Rivera (The Visit), Jason Danieley (The Visit), Claybourne Elder (Bonnie and Clyde), Raúl Esparza (Leap of Faith), Norm Lewis (The Phantom of the Opera), Marin Mazzie (Bullets Over Broadway), Debra Monk (Cat on a Hot Tin Roof), and Elena Shaddow (The Visit) will perform the works of John Kander and Fred Ebb from productions including Cabaret, Chicago, Fosse, and The Visit.

For more than 45 years, CSC has been committed to reimagining the classical repertory for contemporary audiences.
