Carol Channing, Michele Lee, and Rebecca Luker are among the stars scheduled to appear at Feinstein’s at the Regency this fall. All three will be making their debuts at the swanky Park Avenue nightclub.
The first attraction of the season (September 20-24) will be Kitty Carlisle Hart, who is celebrating her 95th birthday this year. She will be followed by jazz guitarist-singer John Pizzarelli, a Feinstein’s favorite, performing with his dad, guitar great Bucky Pizzarelli (September 27-October 8). Channing, the legendary star of Broadway’s Hello Dolly! and Gentlemen Prefer Blondes, will appear October 11-22.
Broadway, film, and TV star Michele Lee will bring her cabaret act to Feinstein’s November 15-26. Then the club’s owner, Michael Feinstein, will return for his annual holiday engagement, November 29-December 30 — but he will take a break December 12-15, during which time Rebecca Luker, the star of such Broadway musicals as The Secret Garden and The Music Man, will present a new Christmas show.
