Carson Elrod, Ismenia Mendes, and More Set for Classic Stage Company's The Liar

Casting is set for the Classic Stage Company production of David Ives' The Liar, to be directed by Michael Kahn. Running January 11-February 26, opening night is set for January 26.

Inspired by Pierre Corneille's Le Menteur, the farce tells the story of the charming Dorante, who cannot tell the truth, and the manservant Clinton, who cannot lie.

The cast of includes Christian Conn, Aubrey Deeker, Carson Elrod, Kelly Hutchinson, Adam Lefevre, Ismenia Mendes, Amelia Pedlow and Tony Roach. The production has set design is by Alexander Dodge, costume design by Murell Horton, lighting design by Mary Louise Geiger, original music by Adam Wernick, and sound design by Matt Stine.
