Buyer & Cellar, the acclaimed one-man show that has been playing at the 99-seat Rattlestick Playwrights Theater since opening on April 3, has announced that rather than closing when it ends its run on May 12, the show will move to the larger Barrow Street Theater beginning June 18. According to the New York Times, producers are hoping for an open-ended run.
Michael Urie has previously appeared off-Broadway on multiple occasions, in shows including The Cherry Orchard, Angels in America, and The Temperamentals, for which he won a Lucille Lortel Award for Best Leading Actor.
