Building the Wall, which begins performances tomorrow, May 12, at New World Stages, will be offering $27 student rush tickets during the show's preview period. The tickets are available for all preview performances and must be purchased at the New World Stages box office with a valid student ID. The offer is valid for a pair of tickets each and may be purchased for preview performances in advance.

A new play by All the Way Tony winner Robert Schenkkan, Building the Wall is set to begin its New York premiere, officially opening May 21 and running through July 9.

Directed by Ari Edelstein, the two-person political suspense thriller will feature James Badge Dale and Tamara Tunie. The story is described as a "provocative 90-minute theatrical event set in the near future and deals with one of the most talked about topics of this past election. In a time when campaign rhetoric turns into real policies, Building the Wall reveals the power of theater to question who we are and where we might be going."

The creative team includes scenic design by Antje Ellermann, lighting design by Tyler Micoleau, costume design by Georgie Lee, and sound design by Bart Fasbender.
