Tim Barker, Michael Ray Escamilla, and Howard W. Overshown will star in Two River Theater Company’s production of Yasmina Reza’s Tony Award-winning play, Art, translated by Christopher Hampton. The production, which will run September 30-October 19, will be directed by Kirsten Kelly.
In the play, a (nearly) all-white painting ignites an argument amongst three middle-aged men, that threatens to destroy their life-long friendship. In conjunction with the production, Two River Theater’s lobby will feature an exhibit by painter Jon Peters entitled “Working in White.”
The creative team includes Luke Hegel-Cantarella (set), Chloe Chapin (costumes), Joel Moritz (lighting), and Eric Shim (sound).
