An updated list of presenters for this year’s Academy Awards, which will take place on Sunday, March 7 in Los Angeles and aired live on ABC, has been announced. Alec Baldwin and Steve Martin will host the ceremony.
Broadway veterans scheduled to present will include Anna Kendrick, Carey Mullligan, Barbra Streisand, Kathy Bates, John Travolta, Sean Penn, Ben Stiller, and Bradley Cooper.
Other presenters will include Jeff Bridges, Sandra Bullock, Matt Damon, Quentin Tarantino, Keanu Reeves. Charlize Theron, Robert Downey Jr., Queen Latifah, Samuel L. Jackson, Chris Pine, Sam Worthington, Jake Gyllenhaal, Ryan Reynolds, Tom Ford, Gerard Butler, Jason Bateman, Steve Carrell, Sasha Baron Cohen, Penelope Cruz, Miley Cyrus, Zac Efron, Tina Fey, Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, and Kate Winslet.
The Oscars are being produced by Adam Shankman and Bill Mechanix and will feature a set by Tony Award nominee David Rockwell. Marc Shaiman will be the evening’s music director.
In addition to Kendrick and Mulligan. stage stars who are nominated this year include Helen Mirren, Meryl Streep, Colin Firth, Morgan Freeman, Maggie Gyllenhaal, Woody Harrelson, Christopher Plummer, and Stanley Tucci.
