Amy Pietz will join the cast of the NBC series The Office, according to a report on EW.com. Her first appearance will be on an to be announced episode of the show in April.
Pietz is best known for her work on Caroline and the City, Rodney and The CW’s Aliens in America.
She received an Ovation Award nomination for her portrayal of April in Company at Reprise! and her other stage credits include Fiorello! at Reprise!, The Boswell Sisters at The Old Globe, A View From the Bridge and You Can’t Take It With You at Steppenwolf Theatre Company, as well as numerous appearances with LATW.
