Actors’ Shakespeare Project has announced the productions for its 2015-16 season, titled "Affairs of the Heart."

For the season's first offering, Bridget Kathleen O'Leary will direct Othello (September 23-October 25), followed by The Winter's Tale (December 9-January 3), directed by Melia Bensussen. Allyn Burrows will helm Richard II (February 17-March 13). To close the season, Paula Plum will direct the Project's only non-Shakespeare offering: The School for Scandal (April 13-May 8) by Richard Brinsley Sheridan.

"ASP strives to present bold themes — the kind audiences not only expect, they demand of us," said Artistic Director Allyn Burrows in a statement. "Our upcoming productions will deliver on that expectation, offering up a bounty of theater at the extremes of human emotion."

Actors’ Shakespeare Project works as an ensemble of resident company members using creative projects, including intimate productions and outreach programs, to bring the words of Shakespeare to the community.
