Brian Childers and Rachel Resheff will join the previously reported Jim Brochu, Kimberly Faye Greenberg, and Tony Yazbeck in a one-night-only presentation of Meredith Willson’s musical version of Miracle on 34th Street, to be presented at The St. Luke’s Theatre on Monday, December 12 at 7pm. Jacob Shoesmith-Fox will direct, with musical direction by Seth Bisen-Hersh and choreography by Brett Radek.
Originally titled Here’s Love, the musical is based on the classic 20 Century Fox film in which a Macy’s Department Store Santa (Brochu), who believes himself to be the real Kris Kringle, helps bring the spirit of Christmas to a precocious young girl (Resheff), her mother (Greenberg), and a retired Marine (Yazbeck).
The event is produced by Theatrical Gems, and will benefit The Actors Fund. Additional
casting will be announced shortly.
