Several Broadway stalwarts will take on roles in shows that are featured in the National Alliance for Musical Theatre's 2015 Festival of New Musicals. The festival will take place October 15 and 16 at New World Stages.

Among the performers joining the various shows that will be presented are Tony winner James Monroe Iglehart (Aladdin) and Once's Ryan Vona, who will be seen in Andrea Daly and Jeff Bienstock's Legendale, directed by John Simpkins. Drama Desk Award winner Lauren Worsham (A Gentleman's Guide to Love and Murder) and Fun Home's Joel Perez will take on roles in Daryl Lisa Fazio and Aaron McAllister's Lift. Will Connolly (Be More Chill) stars in Shawn Magill, Seth Magill, and Michael Federico's On the Eve. Costs of Living will feature Kelvin Moon Loh, currently on Broadway in The King and I. Additional casting can be found here.

Now in its 27th year, the National Alliance for Musical Theatre's Festival of New Musicals attracts theatre producers from around the world for this industry-only event to discover eight new musicals presented in 45-minute reading presentations over two days. All production costs are underwritten by NAMT, at no cost to the writing teams. As a non-profit organization, NAMT funds the Festival entirely through donations, sponsorships and contributions. The festival has introduced musical theatre producers to 228 musicals and 432 writers from around the world.
