Pop star Cyndi Lauper has replaced Edie Falco as Jenny in the cast of the Roundabout Theatre Company's upcoming production of The Threepenny Opera, scheduled to run March 24-June 11 at Studio 54.

As previously announced, Falco withdrew due to scheduling conflicts with her TV series, The Sopranos. The musical first played on Broadway in 1933 after premiering in Germany. It later had a lengthy Off-Broadway run from 1955 to 1961and was revived twice on Broadway, in 1976 and 1989.
