Casting has been completed for the Broadway production of Peter Morgan’s hit play Frost/Nixon, which will begin previews on March 31 at the Bernard B. Jacobs Theater with Michael Sheen and Frank Langella in the title roles. The show, to be directed by Michael Grandage, will open on April 22 and will play a 20-week engagement.

The cast includes Remy Auberjonois as John Birt, Shira Gregory as Evonne Goolagong, Corey Johnson as Jack Brennan, Stephen Kunken as Jim Reston, Stephen Rowe as Swifty Lazar and Mike Wallace, Triney Sandoval as Manolo Sanchez, Armand Schultz as Bob Zelnick, and Sonya Walger as Caroline Cushing.

The play, which focuses on and around the famed television interview of former U.S. president Richard M Nixon by David Frost, was a huge success last year at the Donmar Warehouse in London and is now in the midst of its West End engagement at the Gielgud Theatre. Frost/Nixon recently received an Olivier Award nomination for Best Play, and Langella and Sheen were also nominated for their work. Earlier this week, Morgan received an Academy Award nomination for his screenplay of The Queen.

The design team for Frost/Nixon includes Christopher Oram (sets and costumes), Neil Austin (lighting), Adam Cork (sound design and music), and Jon Driscoll (video design).
