Alex Boniello, Lauren Patten, and More Set for Broadway Sings Alanis

The lineup for the August installment of the Broadway Sings concert series, Broadway Sings Alanis, has been announced. The concert, featuring a host of Broadway stars performing the songs of Alanis Morissette in new arrangements for a 14-piece orchestra, will take place at the Highline Ballroom on August 20.

Alex Boniello (Dear Evan Hansen), Lauren Patten (Fun Home), Ben Thompson (Waitress), David Cook (Kinky Boots), Krystina Alabado (American Psycho), Crystal Monee Hall (Rent), Corey Mach (Kinky Boots), Jillian Mueller (Pretty Woman: The Musical), Laurissa Romain (South Pacific), Joey Taranto (Kinky Boots), Stephanie Jean Umoh (Ragtime), and Ace Young (Grease) will perform at the concert, with more to be announced at a later date.

The concert will pay tribute to Morissette and her extensive repertoire, including "Ironic," "Hand in My Pocket," "You Oughta Know," and "All I Really Want." The music will be orchestrated and arranged by Joshua Stephen Kartes.
