Benedict Cumberbatch's Hamlet to Return to the Big Screen

Fathom Events will celebrate the 10th anniversary of National Theatre Live with a special airing.

Benedict Cumberbatch's Hamlet will return to the big screen to celebrate the 10th anniversary of National Theatre Live. The re-release will be presented by BY Experience and Fathom Events.

Hamlet will air Monday, July 8, at 7pm local time. Directed by Lyndsey Turner, the 2015 production also features Siân Brooke (Ophelia), Anastasia Hille (Gertrude), Ciarán Hinds (Claudius), Kobna Holdbrook-Smith (Laertes), and Jim Norton (Polonius).

Also being re-released is the 2013 West End production of Peter Morgan's The Audience, featuring Tony winner Helen Mirren as Queen Elizabeth II. Directed by Stephen Daldry, the play will be seen Monday, June 3, at 7pm local time. The screening will also feature a talkback with Mirren and Daldry.
