Always Love Lucy Productions, a new New York theater company, has announced plans to stage a production of Arthur Miller's Death of a Salesman, featuring a cast of South Asians as the Lomans, from June 19-June 29 at the Roy Aria Studios' Stage IV Theatre. Juan Reinoso directs.

Death of a Salesman received the 1949 Pulitzer Prize for Drama and the 1949 Tony Award for Best Play. This production changes the Lomans to South Asians to demonstrate the play's universal themes: complicated family relationships, disappointment in life choices, and the inability to help someone you have known your entire life.

The cast includes Vishaal Reddy (Willy Loman), Saima Huq (Linda Loman), Sagar Kiran Patel (Biff Loman), Rahul Rai (Happy Loman), Harsh Lochan (Uncle Ben/Happy Loman understudy), Danea Robinson (Ms. Francis understudy), Stephanie Uttro (Ms. Francis), Tommy Bernardi (Bernard), Brandon Reimer (Bernard understudy/Stanley understudy), Christopher Romero Wilson (Charley), Jim Cairl (Charley understudy), Maite Uzal (Jenny), Charlie Gorrilla (Howard Wagner), Vincent Bivona (Stanley), Amanda Rose Antonucci (Miss Forsyth), Lauren Gralton (Miss Forsyth understudy), Rachel Neiheisel (Letta), and Rebeca Fong (Letta understudy).

Set design is by Debbie deVilla and Justin Tolbert, lighting and sound design are by Vince Allen, and costumes are by Laura Arcieri.
