Edward Hall will direct UK touring productions of Shakespeare’s Henry V and The Winter’s Tale, as part of Propeller’s 2011-2012 season, according to WhatsOnStage.com. The tour will launch at Guildford’s Yvonne Arnaud Theatre on November 9, 2011.

The production will be designed by Michael Pavelka, with lighting by Ben Ormerod.

Additional tour stops include Brighton, Milton Keynes, Cheltenham, Sheffield, Canterbury, Newbury, Newcastle, Coventry, Norwich and Plymouth, along with an international visit to Girona’s Festival Temporada Alta in December. The tour will conclude at the Hampstead Theatre, July 4-21, 2012.

Propeller is an all-male Shakespeare company which seeks to find a more engaging way of expressing Shakespeare and to more completely explore the relationship between text and performance. Hall is the company’s artistic director, and also heads up the Hampstead Theatre.
