Todrick Hall to Join Broadway's Kinky Boots

Broadway veteran and media personality Todrick Hall will join the Broadway company of Kinky Boots at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre in the role of Lola. His run will take place November 1, 2016-March 5, 2017.

Hall's Broadway credits include The Color Purple and Memphis. He was a contestant on the 9th season of American Idol. Hall will serve as a guest judge on the upcoming season of RuPaul’s All Stars Drag Race.

Inspired by the 2005 British film of the same title, Kinky Boots features a Tony-winning score by Cyndi Lauper and a book by Harvey Fierstein. The musical tells the story of Charlie Price, the owner of a failing shoe factory who realizes that a sassy drag queen named Lola has the key to the business' success.
