Pop Singer JoJo to Join Moulin Rouge! on Broadway This Spring

Pop singer Joanna "JoJo" Levesque will make her Broadway debut as the new Satine in Moulin Rouge! The Musical at the Al Hirschfeld Theatre.

JoJo will play a 14-week run, April 11-July 16, playing opposite Derek Klena as Christian. The current leads of the production, Aaron Tveit and Ashley Loren, will play their final performances as Christian and Satine on Sunday, April 9.

Moulin Rouge! The Musical is directed by Alex Timbers, written by John Logan, choreographed by Sonya Tayeh, and has music supervision, orchestrations, and arrangements by Justin Levine. It is based on the beloved film by Baz Luhrmann and is the recipient of 10 Tony Awards.
