Pop singer Aaron Carter dropped by a recent rehearsal of The Show Goes On, which kicks off the celebration of librettist and lyricist Tom Jones, Musicals in Mufti: The Tom Jones Festival, at The York Theatre at Saint Peter’s.
Carter is currently starring Off-Broadway at the Snapple Center in the musical, The Fantasticks, which has book, lyrics, and direction by Jones.
The Show Goes On, which runs March 16-18, is a portfolio of theater songs by Jones and Harvey Schmidt, directed by Pamela Hunt with music direction by Michael Rice. The cast features Jones, Graham Rowat, Stephanie Umoh, and Susan Watson.
