The Public Theater celebrated the openings of Grasses of a Thousand Colors and Good Person of Szechwan on Monday, October 28, with post-performance festivities in the historic theater's lobby. Grasses, which opened that evening under André Gregory's direction, stars Wallace Shawn, who also wrote the dark comedy, alongside Jennifer Tilly, Julie Hagerty, and Emily Cass McDonnell. Brecht's Good Person, a remounting of Foundry Theatre's acclaimed revival directed by Lear deBessonet, stars Taylor Mac, Lisa Kron, and David Turner.
