Boyd, Greenspan, Shannon, Waterston, et al. Cast in Rapp's Metal Children

Betsy Aidem, Connor Barrett, Kerry Bishe, Guy Boyd, Mia Dillon, David Greenspan, Halley Wegryn Gross, Michael Shannon, and Katherine Waterston will star in the Vineyard Theatre's developmental lab production of Adam Rapp's The Metal Children, to be directed by the playwright June 20-29.

The play follows the controversy created in a small town when a Young Adult novel about teenage pregnancy ignites heated emotions over abortion, religious beliefs and modern feminism.

Rapp's plays include Pulitzer Prize finalist Red Light Winter, as well as American Sligo, Nocturne, Finer Noble Gases, Stone Cold Dead Serious, Blackbird, Trueblinka, and Bingo with the Indians.

While tickets to Lab Productions are regularly available only to Vineyard Theatre members, a limited number of rush seats available for $20 two hours prior to performance, subject to availability.
