Arena Stage resident playwright Charles Randolph-Wright is preparing for the world premiere of his new play,
Love in Afghanistan, set to run at the Washington, D.C. theater from October 11-November 17.
As previously announced, Melis Aker and Khris Davis will lead the cast in this dramatic love story about an emerging American hip-hop artist (Davis) and a high-level Afghan interpreter (Aker) who find each other in war-torn Afghanistan.
