Stephen G. Anthony, Oscar Cheda, Laura Turnbull Set for Death and the Maiden

The Mosaic Theatre has announced the cast of its upcoming production of Death and the Maiden by Ariel Dorfman. Performances begin March 8.

Winner of the Olivier Award Winner for Best Play, Death and the Maiden is set in an unnamed country that is, like the author’s native Chile, emerging from a totalitarian dictatorship. The play explores the after-effects of repression on hearts and souls.

The cast will star Carbonell Award Winners Stephen G. Anthony, Oscar Cheda, and Laura Turnbull. As previously reported, Avi Hoffman will direct.
