A 90-minute two hander staged intimately in the round, Without God As My lover is a play about a staunch atheist (Teresa) who seeks out Father Daniel, the priest who took her estranged father's final confession before he passed. The faith of the unorthodox Father Daniel lifts her chin just as she shakes his foundation. An improbable, hot, and altogether forbidden romance blossoms as the two kiss each other's wounds and challenge each other's conceptions of faith, love, and forgiveness.
