Rave Revue

Federation of East Village Artists (FEVA) and Performance Space 122 (P.S. 122) present Rave Revue, a one night benefit performance party at Capitale. The evening honors Mark Russell who leaves P.S. 122 in June after serving as Executive Director for the past 20 years. Proceeds from this event will support FEVA’s presentation of the annual HOWL! Festival of East Village Arts in August and ongoing programs at P.S. 122.

Rave Revue will feature performances by Eric Bogosian, Ron K. Brown, Karen Finley, John Kelly, Meredith Monk, Elizabeth Streb, Antony, Circus Amok, DANCENOISE, The Elementals, Jonathan Ames & The Impact Addict, Sarah Michelson, David Neumann, Pat Oleszko, and Carl Hancock Rux, followed by dancing. DJ’s for the evening will be Lady Bunny, Johnny Dynell, Jeannie Hopper, Nickodemus and Mariano.

Hosted by Lucy Sexton and Carmelita Tropicana, the evening will also feature a silent auction of works by artists including Keith Haring, Claus Oldenburg, Annie Liebovitz, Spencer Tunick, Lois Greenfield, Matthew Barney, Christo and Jeanne-Claude, Cindy Sherman, Patti Smith, Jonas Mekas, Rirkrit Tiravanija, Assume Vivid Astro Focus and more.

Doors open at 8pm with Main Stage Show and Tribute to Mark Russell from 9 – 10pm and dancing and performances until 1am. There is an open bar from 8pm – 10pm.
