Two plays, two characters, two different worlds, but the worlds David Yee creates with his two playful one acts, Victims and Trust, correspond and correlate with each other in remarkable and wonderful ways. In Victims, when a woman arrives home to find a stranger in her apartment, she finds her ordinary world turned upside down, and must play a high-stakes game of chicken to escape with her life if she can. In Trust, a couple seclude themselves in a motel room to sort out their issues– and the inner workings of a faltering relationship are searingly laid bare. Games, truth, and betrayal from Canadian playwright, David Yee. Matthew H. Landfield directs.
Note: All of the actors will be changing roles everynight. The rotating cast includes: Guido Venitucci, Heather Aldridge, Larry Mitchell, April Peveteaux, Nicole Seymour, and Mary Holmstrom.
