Blue Heron Theatre presents Lee Blessing’s Two Rooms, directed by Roger Danforth. While an American is held hostage in Beirut by Arab terrorists, his wife tries to share his ordeal from afar. Visiting the wife periodically are an ambitious reporter and an efficient State Department official. Written with intelligence, humor and compassion this arresting work, which premiered in 1988, is truly a story for our time. Thomas O’Leary and Monica Koskey star.
