The Mother

The Theatre of a Two-Headed Calf presents The Mother by Stanislaw Ignacy Witkiewicz. The performance will also be using pieces from the texts of Ghosts by Henrik Ibsen and The Ghost Sonata by August Strindburg. Last season, the company debuted at La MaMa with a celebrated production of Witky’s Tumor Brainiowicz. Directed by Brooke O’Hara, the show features dramaturgy by Inna Ginter, live music by Brendan Connelly, and puppets by Candy Ellison.
