New York City
One of Shakespeare s wittiest comedies, Much Ado About Nothing traces two very different romances. While it’s love at first sight for the beautiful Hero and her beau Claudio, it’s anything but for confirmed bachelor Benedick and the outspoken Beatrice, who derive great pleasure in verbally sniping at each other. The plot suddenly thickens when Hero and Claudio’s wedding plans are sabotaged by the nasty Don John. Will Hero and Claudio be able to get married in spite of Don John’s machinations? Will Beatrice and Benedick stop their bickering long enough to figure out their true feelings for each other?
