Here or Now

Ensemble Studio Theatre’s Youngblood presents a reading of Here or Now, by Daria Polatin. Liesl Tommy directs.

A young man returns early from the war in Iraq without his best friend, and struggles to reconcile his experiences with his family’s expectations. He is ultimately forced to make the decision: can he live in a world where no one will believe him? Here or Now is a moving story of life, death, love, heroism and the media, all in a suburban kitchen.
