Brilliant Traces

Cindy Lou Johnson’s Brilliant Traces is an absurdist comedy pitting a man and a woman who meet in the middle of nowhere in a cabin in Alaska, as a snowstorm rages outside. She is a distraught young woman who has fled all the way from Arizona to escape her impending marriage, bursting into the cabin in full bridal regalia. It is a journey probing into the nature of modern relationships as they come to terms with each other’s company, and discover how each of them came to arrive in this place. Guido Venitucci directs.
