The Notebook

The Notebook tells the story of an exalted private school English teacher and her relationship with two gifted students. Miss Thorne is an absolute authoritarian who approaches reading, writing, and language with ferocity, forcing her students to meet impossible demands. But when one student’s admiration for Miss Thorne becomes overpowering, the teacher learns a terrible truth about her own passions. Wendy Kesselman’s play is presented as part of Second Stage Theatre’s New Plays Uptown series.

There will be one Sunday evening performance on June 16 at 7:30pm. There is no performance on Thursday, June 20.
