Princess Turandot

Sparks fly when a captivating prince meets a decapitating princess in the New York premiere of Princess Turandot, written and directed by Darko Tresnjak. Inspired by Carlo Gozzi’s 1792 fable, Puccini and Busoni’s operas, the Arabian Nights, and Bogie & Bacall, Tresnjak marries the traditional with newer influences ranging from vaudeville, to performance art and even techno-tribal music. The Blue Light Theatre Company presents this holiday event for all ages!
