In My Special Friend, Rene writes musicals. He’s in love with Ben, a confused, but very cute, young actor who has moved in with him. When Anabel, Ben’s erstwhile girlfriend, shows up with a big surprise, Ben and Rene’s precarious balance falls into hilarious disarray.
