About the Show
You’re invited to the eighth annual Musician Appreciation Concert, a celebration of SPCO musicians, who enrich thousands of lives each year through world-class performances. This one-night-only program is an opportunity to spread a little joy of your own, as all proceeds go to members of the orchestra. This spirited concert will showcase the artistic excellence of SPCO musicians in two works for chamber orchestra. In Stravinsky’s Suite from “Pulcinella”, the short movements pulled from the ballet feature nods to Baroque dances, winking parodies and even a droll duet for trombone and solo contrabass. Paired with Brahms’ Serenade in D, the evening promises lighthearted music coursing with energy!
This special concert is a fundraising event and is not eligible for ticket exchanges or guest pass redemption. Additional restrictions may apply.
