The Taffetas

Shiloh Theatrical Productions opens its 11th season with The Taffetas, set in the 1950’s TV studio where the singing Taffeta sisters are making their national debut on the Dumont network’s program Spotlight on Music. If they ace this gig, Ed Sullivan will be next. Set in pastels, with crinolines, 50s hairstyles and a medley of tunes like “ShaBoom,” “Mr. Sandman,” “Johnny Angel,” “Cry,” and “Where the Boys are,” this show is a breezy way to return to music of this nostalgic innocent era.
