This delightful musical tells the story of beloved entertainer Fanny Brice’s
transformation from a dream-filled awkward teenager to Vaudeville star.
Unshakable in her resolve, Fanny overcomes a lack of conventional
attributes with an iron will and earns her place in the spotlight – all
the way to The Ziegfeld Follies. But when her definition of success
becomes incompatible with her desire for love, the strength of that
will is tried to its limits. Not willing to leave her story to fate,
Fanny must find the courage to write it herself – jokes and all.
