Satisfaction Guaranteed

To help jump start a withering retail organization, the Montgomery Ward’s sales incentive coordinators began using a barely legal practice of selling “Credit Card Protection” by pressuring a largely Latino customer base into believing it would protect their credit and their merchandise. Satisfaction Guaranteed is based on the story of two brothers, known for their expert manipulation abilities, who were hired by a store in California to turn this “protection racket” into profit for the organization.
