Barbara Brussell, one of cabaret’s shining stars, pays homage to an icon of the music world, Johnny Mercer, whose prodigious output of hit songs for half a century has enriched and enlivened the canon of popular music for movies, radio, records, nightclubs and living rooms all over the world.

In Mercer, Mercer, Me and Other Huckleberry Friends, Brussell uses the songwriter’s work to trace his life from Broadway to Hollywood, demonstrating her own amazing emotional wisdom and antic wit along the way. Joining Barbara are: Ritt Henn, Babbie Green & John Boswell, Mark A. Miller, Tony DeSare (Wed. only), and Todd Schroeder.
