A veteran performer of such prominent festivals as the Montreal Comedy Festival and the HBO Comedy Arts Festival in Aspen, Chelsea Handler brings her unique brand of comedy to Austin for one night only.
Considered a “bucking bronco” of comedy, Chelsea can’t be tamed: She has her own show on E! (The Chelsea Handler Show) and can be seen in the syndicated hit show Girls Behaving Badly which ran for four seasons on Oxygen Network. In addition, Chelsea lends her scathing wit and dead-on observations as a weekly contributor to MSNBC’s Scarborough Country and NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno. Handler is also an acclaimed author. Her first book, My Horizontal Life: A Collection of One Night Stands, is a bestseller in 20 countries besides the U.S. As an actress, Chelsea has appeared in National Lampoon’s Cattle Call and on t.v. in Reno 911, My Wife & Kids, The Bernie Mac Show and The Practice.
