Tony Braithwaite, Jen Childs, Robert Dubac Set for Act II Playhouse 2012-2013 Season

Act II Playhouse has announced the productions set for their 2012-2013 season, which will be Tony Braithwaite's first season as producing artistic director with the company.

The season will begin with Robert Dubac's solo comedy Free Range Thinking (July 18-August 12). Next, the theater will present 4 Lads From Liverpool, a tribute to The Beatles (September 4-30). Following 4 Lads will be Scott Brown and Anthony King's Gutenberg! The Musical (October 9-November 4). The company's fourth production will be Oh, What Fun, created by and starring new artistic director Tony Braithwaite (December 11-30).

The 2013 slate will consist of Why I'm Scared of Dance by Jen Childs, written and performed by Jen Childs and directed by Harriet Power (January 15-27), Assassin, written by David Robson and directed by Seth Reichgott (February 19-March 17), and finally, the season will come to a close with Ken Ludwig's Lend Me a Tenor as directed by Bud Martin (May 7-June 2).
