59E59 Theaters has announced full casting for its upcoming production of Terms of Endearment. As previously announced, Dan Gordon's U.S. premiere stage adaptation of the novel will be led by stage and screen star Molly Ringwald and Hannah Dunne (Mozart in the Jungle). Michael Parva is set to direct the production, which will run from October 29 to December 11.

In addition to Ringwald and Dunne, the cast will feature Jeb Brown as Garrett, Denver Milord as Flap, John C. Vennema as Doctor Maise, and Jessica DiGiovanni as Patsy/Doris/Nurse.

Based on the book by Pulitzer Prize-winning author Larry McMurtry and the Oscar-winning screenplay by James L. Brooks, Gordon's adaptation of Terms of Endearment traces the relationship between a highly opinionated mother and her feisty daughter as they seek to find humor and courage in the face of life's challenges.

The design team includes David L. Arsenault (set design), Michael McDonald (costume design), Graham Kindred (lighting design), Quentin Chiappetta (sound design), and Amanda Miller (wig design).

Ringwald has previously appeared on the New York stage in the Broadway productions of Cabaret and Enchanted April as well as off-Broadway in Tick, Tick… Boom!, the Pulitzer Prize-winning How I Learned to Drive, and more. Her numerous films include the iconic movies Sixteen Candles, The Breakfast Club, and Pretty in Pink.
